About Us

Our Statement Of Purpose

Not Ashamed Magazine is dedicated to encouraging and teaching young adults in the wisdom of Jesus Christ and the Word of God.

It is our endeavor NOT to be the average Christian teen magazine but one the provokes you to righteousness, integrity, and purity. Things we feel are sadly missing in the world we live in, even in Christianity today. We don't tell you to be tolerant of sin, wickedness, and evil - rather, we say look to the Bible for the examples to model our lives after, Jesus being number One.

Not Ashamed Magazine’s Statement Of Faith

We Believe,

...There is only one God. - 1 Timothy 2:5
...God exists in a trinity, the Father, the Son, & the Holy Ghost. - 1 John 5:7, Eph. 4:4-6

...God created all things in six days & rested on the seventh, giving us a Sabbath day of rest. - Gen. 2:2-3, Gen. 1, Col. 1:16

...The Bible is the living word of truth, inspired by God, & given to us so that we would have instruction, encouragement & hope. - 2 Tim. 3:16-17, Rom. 15:4

...There is a heaven and a hell. - Rev. 21 & 22

...Jesus Christ is His only begotten Son & was miraculously born of a virgin as prophesied in the Old Testament. - John 1:1-18, Isa. 7:14, Isa. 9:6

...Our Lord Jesus Christ was crucified, buried & rose again on the 3rd day to save us from our sins. Giving the world hope of salvation for all who believe in Him. - Phil. 2:7-11, Rom. 5:8-21, John 3:14-17, Isa. 53, Acts 2:22-36, 2 Cor. 5:15, 1 Cor. 15:3-4

...Only through the grace of God & the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ are we saved from our sins & eternal damnation. - Rom. 10:9-10, 1 John 2:2, 1 John 5:10-13, Rom. 8:1-2

...That you must have a personal relationship with God. (See all above verses)

...That Christ, in bodily form, is returning to take us to heaven, after the tribulation at the last trumpet (Matt. 24:29-31, 1 Cor. 15:51-52). - 1 Thess. 4:16-17

...In prayer without ceasing (1 Thess. 5:17), & that prayer is a very important part of our relationship with God. - Eph. 6:18, Phil. 4:6-7

...That study & meditation in the Word of God is very important. We should have a love for the truth. - 2 Tim. 2:15, Ps. 119:80

We believe that all this is true,

by faith (Heb. 11:1), because the Bible tells us that it is so, & because Christ lives in each of our hearts.

We also feel strongly that...

...Homeschooling is the best way to educate Christian children. (Prov. 22:6)
...You should seek fellowship that encourages you to grow in Christ. Whether that means being involved in a church (one that has a heart to serve), Bible studies, or home church. Be accountable to someone and have active fellowship!
...Traditional dating is wrong & sinful in the eyes of God. We believe that a relationship, under the headship of the Lord & our parents, is the way to pursue a romantic relationship.
...Marriage is a institution designed by God and family is highly valued in His eyes.
